InScope LLC is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, including handling mailboxes, phone calls, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Google Docs, Sheets, and other Google tools.
  • Knowledge of social media management and strategies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Knowledge of SMM is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to office mailboxes and phone calls efficiently.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manage and update social media pages on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of SMM strategies.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and task management.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
