Description
InScope LLC is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, including handling mailboxes, phone calls, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs, Sheets, and other Google tools.
- Knowledge of social media management and strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Knowledge of SMM is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to office mailboxes and phone calls efficiently.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage and update social media pages on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of SMM strategies.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and task management.
- Assist in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
